In-Person Training

Based in the beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming, we can meet in person for personalized one-on-one training sessions. Depending on availability, we will either meet in a private studio gym or at one of the public gyms in Jackson, where you'll receive a complimentary guest pass for the day. During our 60-minute one-on-one sessions, we'll dive into your fitness goals and preferences. We'll work on perfecting your form, building a personalized workout program, and discuss nutrition to optimize your results.

60-minute where you have the opportunity to ask any nutrition or exercise-related questions you may have. Whether you're seeking advice on meal planning, workout routines, or just need some extra motivation, I'm here to provide expert insights and practical strategies tailored to your unique needs. During our call, we'll dive into your goals, challenges, and preferences, and together, we'll develop a plan to help you overcome obstacles and make sustainable lifestyle changes. From discussing macronutrients to optimizing your workout routine, we can go over it all.
